About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Officer to join our Group Finance Shared Service. Join our supportive, friendly, and fast-paced Accounts Payable team and provide crucial support to our HQ and regional entities where growth and learning opportunities await you every day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Process supplier invoices
• Process employee expense claims and credit card reimbursements
• Perform supplier statement reconciliation
• Managing the Accounts email inbox and ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner
• Assist with month end procedures and reports
• Assist with half year and year end processes including external audits and annual reports.
• Provide data and reports for analysis
• Assist with AP projects

About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic and systems savvy individual with a good understanding of accounting procedures, ideally in a multinational organisation. You will have a can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn new things and develop your accounting skills.

What you will bring:

• Tertiary qualification in accounting or related discipline
• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• An understanding of spreadsheets, data analysis and reconciliation processes
• Experience with using an ERP system
• High level organisation and admin skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Exceptional attention to detail
