 The Asset Integration Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Project Turnover Memorandum (PTM) process to ensure all project turnover deliverables required for asset integration into operations is effectively transitioned.
 The Asset Integration Coordinator ensure all PTOS commissioning requirements are met for each turnover stage gate in an efficient and timely manner (DCC, WCC and Project Closeout).
 Development of spare parts list for two years of operations, Commissioning and Startup spare parts, tools and manage the purchase of these.
 Development of risk based operational integrity plans (plans dealing with the life cycle management of systems and equipment).
 Development with input from engineering of operating and maintenance philosophy that details system maintenance, considering regulatory, safety, commercial, maintenance cost, and equipment performance drivers.
 Development (cost, scoping, execution planning) of system improvement projects, including completing financial cost/benefit analysis, project scope and schedule, and stakeholder buy in.
 Sets up kick-off meetings with the key functional support groups.
 Technical execution of system improvement projects and oversight of contractors.
 Responsible of final punch list closeout.
 Other Tasks As Required.
