About The Role
As a Courier Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping with the daily operations and functions that are essential to sustain our courier operations in the market. From growing our current supply, to improving quality and performance, you’ll be executing operational processes and leading short-term projects that tackle them. The role will be working closely with the Courier Operations Managers / Courier Operations Specialists with a direct impact on the business growth through achieving supply growth milestones and key metrics.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Responsible for helping with the daily courier operations
- Ensuring high level of quality services
- Improving and growing our courier supply
- Analysing data – you will monitor couriers’ performance and build processes in order to improve results
About you:
- You have 0-2 year of experience
- You have a data-driven analytical mindset (good Excel skills are a plus)
- You have high attention to details
- You are a good communicator in English and Azerbaijani
- You are passionate about new technologies and food tech
- You are a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
