What You Will Be Doing…

You will be responsible for the collection of customer payments while maintaining exceptional agency and client relationships. Your success will be measured by exhibiting professionalism and having superior negotiation skills that ensure payments are received on time.

What your background looks like?

• High School degree required, further education a plus
• B2B Credit and Collections experience
• Freight and logistics industry experience would be a plus
• Extremely well organized with the ability to plan and effectively set priorities for able to be flexible, as priorities shift in an entrepreneurial environment
• Functional skills with Microsoft Office products, with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Possess a sense of urgency
• Outstanding verbal and written with an emphasis on listening
• Consistent in follow-up and follow-through
