The Customer Support Coordinator works with our customers worldwide to assist with troubleshooting software problems, training and ongoing support needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role and be very comfortable learning new technologies to support our users. Must be ready to field calls, emails, and live chat on an ongoing basis, plus contribute to our product development process.
Job Duties:
- Act as the point of contact for all software related concerns from customers
- Work collaboratively with our engineering, product management, and customer success to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Investigate and document potential software problems for the engineering team to resolve
- Identify potential training gaps and provide guidance to customers for software training questions
- Respond to the needs of professional services and sales staff
- Manage input and reports with our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Test new product features and software improvements

- Strong work ethic and follow-up skills; able to work well as a team with staff in the office and field

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years experience in behavioral health or special education
- Must be comfortable working with technology and fluent in Microsoft Office
- Experience with product or technical support is highly preferred
