Executive

• Provide Support in terms of assigned routes for users;
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance;
• Route assessments/evaluation;
• Recommendation of viable alternative routes;
• Direct all activities with Mexico Security.
• Perform other tasks as required.

Delivery

• Collect and / or deliver documentation requested by different areas of the company.
• Provide support regarding schedules and locations of the offices where documentation is usually delivered.
• Make the delivery report.
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance.
• Route assessments/evaluation.
• Recommendation of viable alternative routes.
• Direct all activities with Corporate Security as business dictates,
• Perform other tasks as required (administrative support related to their activities: agenda, materials management, fill in for Secutive Security Driver if needed, etc.)

Qualifications

• 5 Years’ experience in driving for foreign executives.
• Experience in Corporate and Physical Security.
• Experience Managing Executive Drivers.
• Extensive knowledge of Mexico City and surrounding areas.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service skills
• positive and professional attitude

Education:

• English language needed 60% or more;
• Certifications In:
• Defensive Driving;
• Offensive Driving;
• CPR/First Aid.
