CODE Éxitos, a product studio devoted to helping entrepreneurs design, build, and launch digital products, seeks an experienced Employee Experience professional to join our team. The Employee Experience specialist will help us enhance our company’s culture by building and executing an employee-centric strategy that fosters a positive and dynamic work environment.

We’re looking for a team member who is skilled in creating an employee-centered strategy to enable CODE Éxitos to attract, retain, and develop top talent. The Experience Specialist is crucial in creating and maintaining a positive and engaging employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This position focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction, managing employee relations, and supporting Talent initiatives that contribute to a productive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in human resources, customer service, employee relations, or a related role.
• Sound knowledge in Marketing and design.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with employees.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on employee advocacy and fairness.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to build rapport with employees.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability and resilience in the work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and implement an employee experience strategy that supports CODE Exitos’ vision, mission, and values
Develop and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives that promote a positive and dynamic work environment
Evaluate and improve performance management processes to drive productivity and employee development.

• Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:

Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Talent team members and managers to address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.
Recommend and implement strategies to improve employee morale, motivation, and overall job satisfaction.

• Employee Relations:

Serve as employees’ primary point of contact regarding Talent policies, procedures, and concerns.
Provide guidance and support to employees on various Talent-related topics, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

• Onboarding and Offboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
Coordinate new hire orientations, ensuring employees have the necessary information and resources to succeed in their roles.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the offboarding process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve onboarding and offboarding procedures.

• Employee Recognition and Rewards:

Develop and implement employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and foster a culture of appreciation.
Administer employee rewards and recognition initiatives, including employee of the month, service awards, and other recognition programs.
Collaborate with managers to identify and reward high-performing employees, increasing employee retention and motivation.

• HR Process Improvement:

Continuously assess Talent processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline workflows.
Collaborate with Talent team members and stakeholders to implement process enhancements and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and evolving Talent practices to ensure the organization remains competitive regarding employee experience.
Leverage Talent technology and systems to automate and optimize talent processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
