Summary

We are looking for an IT Supporter to join our Latin American team in Danli, Honduras, who will make executions of technical administrative work which function basically consist in support of HATSA users and installation of equipment and software.

Has personal contact with people within IT department, from the same organizational level, superior level and internal customers. The position relates with: Purchasing, Warehouse, System, Accountability, Payment, Inventory, Maintenance and Production, to provide hardware and software.

What can you expect in as a IT Supporter at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?

• Install, maintain and support users in general applications of system.
• Installation of ADI, Discoverer and Oracle Applications
• Repair and actualization of equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of network connections for users, printers and others.
• Enable network connection and switch at training room and conference room for meeting and training, etc.
• Follow up to check in and check out clocks and IT software.
• Trains in basic use of the applications (windows and office).
• Any task that may contribute with the department development.
• Verifying of good performing of punching system.
• Provide technical assistance and logistic to users in barcoding System.
• CCRF Controller and Tracking.
• Analyzes and development of any application that may improve the performance of these areas.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):

• Technical in Computer, finalizing student of related areas.
• Repair and Maintenance of equipment.
• Windows and Office knowledge
• Programming Knowledge (SQL Server and .NET), desirable but is not obligatory.
• Bilingual (English – Spanish), obligatory.
