As a Media Buyer, you will be a vital member of our team, ensuring we’re not only hitting our partners’ acquisition goals. You will use your extensive marketing experience and our proprietary technology to build direct-response marketing campaigns and landing pages to improve user experiences and increase our partners’ conversion rates. The ideal candidate is self-driven, curious, challenge-seeking, a fast learner, a strong communicator, and able to quickly think on your feet. You do not need anyone to push you to succeed; you push yourself. You’re willing to go the extra mile to meet partners’ goals. You are detail-oriented and analytical and can tell a story while presenting data.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute marketing strategy and testing for our partnerships
• Forecast and implement paid media budgets based on key performance indicators
• Craft, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns for the fastest-growing direct-response brands with budgets ranging from $50k to over $1M per month
• Communicate directly with partners to report on results, define priorities, and manage expectations, acting as the expert that will help partners grow their businesses
• Work with our creative team to develop assets that meet client brand criteria and drive conversion
• Help evolve Primer’s best practices and train others on how to apply those best practices
• Collaborate with our development team to enhance and make our custom tools work for you
• Ready to work during US business hours (conference calls, Slack, etc.)
• Thrive working 100% remotely.

Requirements:

• At least four years of recent marketing experience
• Paid Social Media (Facebook & Instagram preferred) ad campaigns for e-Commerce, Customer Acquisitions, or Direct Response brands experience are essential
• Experienced and highly adept at managing, optimizing & scaling ad campaigns with a minimum of $50K+ monthly budgets.
• Skilled at writing copy and producing creative that drives conversions.
• Proven account management skills and ability to manage multiple partner communications
• History of success and resilience in the face of tough challenges
• TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Google, and Bing experience is a plus but not required
• Startup or agency experience preferred
