Job Description

Immediately hiring for full time or part time positions

Starting at $17.00-$18.00 per hour depending on location, availability, and previous work experience

What you will do:

Our Sales Associates are team players. They are sales driven and support the store team in the sales, customer engagement and operation of our Castle Megastore.

• This is a selling position with shift goals utilizing product knowledge of features and benefits and engaging with customers. If you want a non-selling job, this isn’t it.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.
• Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis.

Why You Will Love It:

• Great starting hourly wage of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on location, availability, and previous work experience.
• Full time employees earn .8 hours of vacation for every 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours of vacation time per year. Increases with length of service.
• All employees earn paid sick time based on hours worked at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. Up to 52 hours per year. In Seattle, up to 56 hours per year.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to work afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas).
