Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Manager (B2B) to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing effective marketing strategies for our clients in the B2B sector. Leveraging your expertise in HubSpot, including HubSpot Email, and exceptional content strategy leadership and copywriting skills, you will drive impactful campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting B2B audiences, demonstrating a deep understanding of the B2B landscape and customer journey.
- Utilize HubSpot to expertly manage campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize lead generation efforts, leveraging its full range of features and functionalities.
- Lead and execute content strategies to engage and nurture B2B prospects, creating meaningful and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
- Create compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing channels, such as emails, landing pages, and social media, capturing the essence of our client’s brands and driving conversions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations to enhance performance and achieve key objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, proactively identifying new opportunities to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Approximately 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including HubSpot Email, to effectively manage campaigns, automate marketing workflows, and maximize lead generation.
- Demonstrated expertise in content marketing, including developing and leading successful content strategies that align with target audience needs and business objectives.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling and persuasive messaging across various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Thorough understanding of lead generation tactics and strategies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize lead acquisition and conversion rates.
- Proven ability to analyze marketing metrics and derive actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and drive results.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all marketing activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
Reporting:
The Senior Marketing Manager (B2B) will report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on marketing activities, campaign performance, and lead generation efforts while collaborating closely with other key stakeholders.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, requiring adherence to the EST time zone.
