About The Job

The Senior Sourcing Specialist will play an instrumental part for driving the sourcing strategy for the Customer Service Representative recruitment team. This person will build networks through various sourcing techniques including social media and works effectively with internal and external clients.

As Senior Sourcing Specialist, You Will…

• Create and host various promos and activities
• Support execution and implementation associated with recruiting and sourcing deliverables
• Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries and concerns including through our Social Media and various other platforms
• Create positive experiences by building trust and transparency with Candidates
• Recommend ways of improving sourcing process
• Ensure sourcing tracking and reporting requirements are maintained and accurate
• Develop plans and timelines to meet staffing needs
• Promote recruiting and sourcing activities using job portals, social media, and various tools
• Manage sourcing channels: Online, Referral Program, External Events, and Vendor Management
• Source and generate candidate leads to ensure current hiring requirements are obtained

Requirements

As Senior Sourcing Specialist, You Have…

• Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling preferred
• 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment or related industry
• Leadership experience would be considered an asset
• Familiarity with an online Applicant Tracking System
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment
• Ability to organize and follow up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
• A creative and resourceful attitude to find the perfect candidates
• Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work shifts, holidays, and weekends
• Planning and monitoring for results
