Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to support the Australian business as part of the Customer Engagement Team (Bids & Tenders), APAC, who deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and formal bids & tenders across APAC. As a supporting team member, you will be taught to respond to RFIs, support with team administrative tasks, and work as part of a team. This role reports to the Head of Customer Engagement Manager (Bids & Tenders) APAC.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to RFIs
- Complete Supplier Vendor Forms / online registration
- Build a database of responses to RFI questions
- Contribute to ensuring Bid / Tender library resources are accurate, easy to find/use, and regularly
- Liaise with the bids and tenders team and relevant stakeholders across APAC to gather responses
- Ensure all work is completed in line with KPIs and client SLAs updated
- Coordinate the uploading of updated quality documents to ensure consistency across the business
Requirements
- Strong level of commitment and work ethic to ensure timeframes are met at all times.
- Administration experience
- Self-motivated, and a strong verbal and written communicator.
- High-level skills in Word and Excel and be highly organized and team-focused.
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 7AM-4PM
