The Role
As Work preparer you will be a part of various projects. You will write technical instructions and documentations for the products and you will be in daily contact with your colleagues of the AIT (Assembly Integration and Testing) department. You see it as a challenge to support all aspects of the projects and ensure that technical and logistical everything runs smooth.
You organize and plan the work in an ERP system in a well structure manner to keep an excellent overview of the projects. Also you will be given the opportunity to implement improvement we expect you to come with new ideas.
Your Job And Mission

• Formulate work instructions and procedures for assembly and testing activities.
• Perform as second-line troubleshooting for machines and/or tools and make simple adjustments to software or hardware.
• Initiate the extraction of necessary materials and tools.
• Reviewing of technical drawings.
• Prepare and write documents, for example for logistics to enable shipments.
• Follow up on the overall planning.
• Monitor the work orders, lead times and resources.
• Provide input to the planning in case of changes and coordinate the consequences with the colleagues involved.
• Identify the bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements.
• Act as trouble shooter when needed.
• Keep track of KPI’s.

Your Boarding Pass
Education: Bachelor of Science
Work Experience

• Preferably experience doing similar activities.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP) will be evaluated positively
• Experience in the aerospace, defence & space sector will be evaluated positively
• Experience in resources management and project management will be evaluated positively

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, multi-functional team-working, flexibility, collaborative mindset and proactive behavior.
